training services
agreement (TSA)
Please review and read the following Training Services Agreement (TSA) in its entirety. If you have any questions about any of the policies outlined in the TSA, please do not hesitate to contact SideKick Dog Training at info@sidekick-dogtraining.com or (414) 207-8060.
SideKick Dog Training, hereinafter known as “the Company,” cannot make any guarantee regarding the outcome of any training services. Any person who owns, harbors, or keeps the dog(s), hereinafter known as “the Owner,” assumes full responsibility for the dog’s behavior during and after the training services rendered by the Company.

The Owner understands and agrees that employing the services of the Company indicates an agreement and willingness to work with the Company to learn how to train their dog and that, without full cooperation with the Company, the dog will not achieve the desired results.

PAYMENT

Payment for the Initial Session is due at the time of registration. Payment for all other training services (Follow-Up Sessions and Training Programs) is due forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Owner's scheduled training session. If payment for a Follow-Up Session or Training Program is not received least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the session and no notice is given to the Company that the Owner needs to reschedule or cancel training services, the Owner forfeits their scheduled training session time and will need to reschedule their training session.
TRAVEL FEE

The Company offers two separate service areas:

-
Jennifer Prill services an approximate radius of 15 miles around Wauwatosa, WI.
-
Leann Boucha services an approximate radius of 15 miles around Sullivan, WI.

If the Owner's address is outside of the chosen trainer’s service area, the Owner acknowledges that they may be charged a Travel Fee ($1.00 per 1 mile outside the service area roundtrip). The Owner will be contacted by the Company if the Travel Fee is applicable and an invoice will be emailed to the Owner for the amount of the Travel Fee. The Travel Fee is due forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Owner's scheduled training session.

CANCELLATIONS

The Owner may postpone or cancel a training session at any time provided that twenty-four (24) hours of notice is given to the Company. The Owner understands and agrees that failure to provide this notice will result in a non-refundable Late Notice Fee of $50.00.

If the Owner elects to terminate training services prior to the start of the Initial Session, instead of rescheduling, all costs will be refunded (minus the Late Notice Fee, if applicable).

TERMINATION OF TRAINING SERVICES

The Owner of the dog(s) may have the dog withdrawn from training (terminate training services) at any time; however, once training has begun, all costs and fees are non-refundable.

The Company may choose to terminate training services at any time, as well. If the Company chooses this option, a reason will be supplied and a refund (minus a Refund Service Charge of 3%) may be issued at the Company's discretion.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Owner will be responsible for purchasing any training equipment that the trainer deems necessary for training services. The Company reserves the right to substitute any aversive training equipment with approved training equipment during any training services.

The Owner is expected to follow any and all safety procedures as directed by the Company during training sessions. This responsibility includes supervising their dog before, during, and after all training services when near or in the designated training area in order to maintain the safety of all animals and humans participating or involved in the event, class, or session. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to terminate training services if the trainer determines that the Owner is not willing or is unable to comply with all safety procedures prescribed by the trainer.
